Kasumi raised an eyebrow and looked at Kai in an nonchalant fashion. The neko girl seemed to be posing a threat, but then again... this is Kasumi... she's not exactly the brightest lightbulb in the closet... Looking around at the walls, she noticed that someone had written on one of the paintings, so she decided to walk closer and look for herself.
"Hm... Very complex in meaning... could use a bit more detail in the shadowing effects... try a new approach next time... as a painter I know such things... Interesting message... I see Aiko's been here then." The silver-haired hikari turned and walked over to the window to see Baku the bunny looking in on her with a ribbon in his mouth with some fresh blood on it. "Oh my... looks like someone's been chasing around those imitating-Kasumi-Miyagi-style fangirls again... GOOD BOY!" She continued to speak to the bunny, but speaking now in a faster paced conversation that turned into french with the rabbit squeaking and mewing back to her.... and yes... Baku can mew... he's technically a cabbit... (If someone red Tenchi MUYO I would not have to type this in here! everyone except Bobbi and I!!!)

Kai's nose twitched at the smell of blood differnt than the ones she was used to. Turning around, Kai noticed the cabbit sitting on the window sill, conversing in mews with the french-speaking rabbit-pigtailed-girl.
Twitch twitch... fresh meat... twitch twitch...
"FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" And with that, Kai instantly persued the cabbit.

Kasumi's ears perked up as she heard Kai's battle cry of "FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" She sweatdropped and whistled to Baku as Kai was just about to get him. The cabbit jumped up onto her shoulder and out of the way. Kasumi stepped back quickly and opened the window, watching as Kai was headed stright for a 20 foot drop to the courtyard below... with all of the pointy thorn-bushes below... fuuuuun...
Kasumi looked at Baku and blinked. "Um... where's your little girlfriend... Kyoko?"

Kai noticed the branbles below and drew out her claws, slicing the branbles to twigs. Landing on all fours, and then jumped back up to her second storie window. Landing on the still (with twigs sticking out of her hair)
"Food!" Kai now looked like a demon from hell, steam pouring from her mouth, her eyes glowing red.

Nyx happened to be walking past the room and saw the events taking place. She sweatdropped and walked in grabbing Kai by her tail and hoisting her up into the air glaring at her. "What did I tell you about hunting down the Psycho School pets for food, Kaiyoko Namakazi?" She then looked over at Kasumi who was a bit shaken and kissed her softly on the forehead. "Don't worry, my little Kitten... your little demon-cabbit will be safe from her stomach. No go and fetch me something to eat."
"I will if she will apologize to Baku for trying to eat him!" Kasumi glared at Kai with her nose twitching along with her cabbit's. Nyx smirked in delight at the funny sight. Kasumi really did resemble a rabbit when she was upset. Kasumi held up her rabbit to Kai's face and Nyx motioned to Kai to apologize to the small fluffball her hikari had set before her.

Kai glanced sheepesly up at Nyx, whose eyes promised a slow, bloody, painful death if she didn't comply with Bunny-pigtail's wishes... That sobered her up from her food craze...
"Umm... I'm sorry..." Kai appologied, looking back down at the floor. Her tail was starting to hurt, but she knew better than to ask... Nyx would only pull harder, and then it would really hurt.
But really, it had been sitting right there! Was she really expected to overcome her inborn instincs? She was part CAT!!! Really, she was just doing what was natural...

Kasumi smiled and smirked while hugging Baku and sticking her tongue out at Kai- thus receiving a quick hit on the head by Nyx's favored onyx scythe. "OUCH! What was that for?!?"
"I am NOT going to be having you two at each other's throats constantly. So here's what we are going to do..." She picked up Kai by her ears and Kasumi by her pigtails making them face each other nose-to-nose. "You two are going to be playmates for the next three hours while I go and have my lunch with Aiko. This means you two are to stay in this room and have a fun time with each other while I'm gone. That means NO KILLING EACH OTHER or trying to EAT Baku the Bunny either KAI... Now..." She sat them down at two facing desks by the window and headed for the door. "Stay here and try to become friends or learn to co-exist peacefully... well, as peacefully as psychos can possibly co-exist. Now... behave and STAY HERE!" Nyx slammed the door on her way out and locked it behind her as she walked away from the art room.
"Great... this is all your fault..." Kasumi glared at Kai while petting her cabbit.

Kai wasn't listening... she was currently trying to find a way to break out... there was a tree right there, Kai was sure she had enough rope to reach it. She had to have a grappling hook somewhere...
"If we both break out together... do you think Nyx would be mad at us?" Kai asked, that devilish glint back in her eyes, as she swung the grappling hook in a circle.

Kasumi blinked listening to Kai's question. This neko attention hog has some intelligence atleast. Besides... what could possiblly go wrong? She sighed and shrugged while tilting her head to the side and placing Baku the Bunny on the floor at her feet. "Alrighty then... Baku, you stay here and keep a look-out for my yami and beep me if she comes back. I'm leaving my purse with you to use if things get sticky here." She handed the cabbit her purse as the small animal saluted her and hopped to the door plopping down in a guard-pet stance. Kasumi then turned to Kai and poked her ears. "I never noticed the ears..."

"Umm... why did you just poke my ears?" Kai asked... "Never mind... Do you know any good places to eat... 'Cuz I'm kinda hungry..." Kai continued after stairing at the girl for a moment. She checked to make sure the hook was secure to the tree she had attached it to and then jumped out the window, landing on the branch.
"Go ahead, it fine and I'll be here to make sure it doesn't slip. I'll climb down after you!" Kai shouted. She smiled, it was always great to make a new friend...
